Well, I’ve started writing it now so I may as well finish it… After all, we’ve still got the relegation contenders to talk about, because that’s not going to be straight forward at a- what do you mean two teams are starting on -12? Oh for. Right, let’s just get on with it.

Promotion

Portsmouth, Peterborough.

Play-off Winner: Sunderland

Yeaaaaah, just like every other season predictor I’m going for the big two too. They’re just absolutely massive clubs and it still confuses me as to how they’ve ended up in league one. (It doesn’t confuse me, it’s because of shit owners.) Anyway, I’m pretty confident that they’ll be going up but not as easily as others may think. Peterborough are a real dark horse and with Darren Ferguson making some really good signings this summer, they’ve got a real chance of winning automatic promotion.

Relegation

Bury, Bolton, Southend, Bristol Rovers.

I mean, Bury might not even play this season and Bolton just don’t pay their players. So I don’t think I need to spell those ones out. As for the last two picks, Southend and Bristol Rovers, it’ll be tight. A toss-up between Southend, Bristol Rovers and Wycombe but I see Wycombe just escaping.
